Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Bop Off. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bop Off.

Who can use Bop Off

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful, or infringing display names, quiz titles, or content;
• harass other players or disrupt games;
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service; or
• use Bop Off for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that breach these terms.

Your content

Quizzes you create remain yours. You grant us a licence to store and display them so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you add.

Music and third-party content

Song clips are short previews provided by Apple through the iTunes Search service and remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification and entertainment within the game and are not owned by Bop Off. iTunes and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Paid plans

Paid plans (such as Pro and the Party Pass) will be offered in future. When they launch, pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase and form part of these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Joining a game as a player is always free.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited.

Termination

You may stop using Bop Off at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we stop offering the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which we operate.
